ABOUT TAMMYRENEE

I Notice What People Feel Before They Say It.

I’m TammyRenee — a speaker, strategist, custom workshop curator and facilitator, and global entrepreneur.

My work centers on the human side of growth.

  • How we think.
  • How we show up.
  • How we connect.
  • How we lead.
  • How we serve.

And how all of those things influence the experiences and opportunities we create.

Over the years, I have learned that some of the most important things happening in a room are not always spoken.

They are felt.

That awareness became the foundation for WAVE™.

MY STORY

WAVE Was Built From Experience, Not Theory.

My work did not begin with a framework. It began with life.

I have worked in customer-facing environments, sales, entrepreneurship, personal development, facilitation, and business.

I have built businesses, started over, moved to another country, worked across cultures, traveled internationally, entered unfamiliar rooms, built new relationships, and learned what happens when you have to rely on more than a script.

Through all of those experiences, I kept noticing the same thing:

People are always experiencing something.

THEY ARE NOTICING YOUR

  • Tone.
  • Presence.
  • Body language.
  • Confidence.
  • Hesitation.
  • Openness.
  • Assumptions.
  • Energy.

And often, they are responding to those things before they ever respond to your words.

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT IDEAS BEHIND MY WORK
The Energy Before the Experience™
The way you show up shapes what happens next.

BENEATH THE SURFACE

I Have Always Paid Attention to What Is Beneath the Surface.

Long before I had language for WAVE, I was interested in human behavior, intuition, awareness, energy, and how people respond to one another.

My background as a Reiki Master and my years of developing intuitive awareness helped me become more sensitive to the things people do not always say out loud.

But my work today is not about spirituality.

It is about translating that awareness into practical human skills.

  • Presence
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Observation
  • Communication
  • Connection
  • Trust
  • Discernment
  • Leadership

It is about becoming more aware of yourself, other people, and the environment you are creating.

Because sometimes what changes the outcome is not another strategy.

It is noticing what everyone else missed.

TWO MOMENTS THAT SHAPED MY WORK

Some of My Biggest Lessons Came From Real Human Moments.

Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS · TIMESHARE SALES

Working in timeshare sales in Las Vegas taught me not to judge a person or opportunity too quickly.

One interaction in particular reminded me that when we slow down, pay attention, and connect with the person in front of us instead of the assumptions we have made about them, the entire experience can change.

That lesson eventually became part of what I now call:

Connection Before Conversion™

  • Awareness before assumption.
  • Presence before pressure.
  • Relationship before transaction.
Costa Rica
COSTA RICA · RETREAT BUSINESS

Later, while building a retreat business in Costa Rica, I learned another lesson.

When tension entered the environment, everyone could feel it — even before anyone fully named it.

That experience reinforced something I continue to teach today:

Leaders set the emotional temperature.

What happens within the leader does not stay within the leader.

  • It moves through the team.
  • Through the environment.
  • And ultimately through the experience.

Those moments became more than stories.

They became part of the philosophy behind my work.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED

A Few Beliefs Have Become Central to How I Work.

  • What happens internally affects what happens externally.

Our mindset, awareness, emotional state, and presence influence how we communicate, lead, connect, and make decisions.

  • Connection often comes before opportunity.

Not every person you meet is meant to become a customer.

But every relationship has the potential to become part of a larger ecosystem of referrals, collaborations, resources, introductions, learning, and opportunity.

  • Leadership is experienced before it is explained.

People often respond to how a leader shows up before they respond to what the leader says.

  • Customer experience is human experience.

Great service is not only about what employees do.

It is about what customers feel.

  • Opportunity often starts with awareness.

Sometimes the opportunity is already in the room. You simply have to notice it.

Why Better Relationships Create Better Opportunities

From Service to Story™

Creating Customer Experiences People Remember, Repeat, and Share

Together, they tell the larger WAVE story:

  • How you show up.
  • How you relate to people.
  • How that connection becomes an experience.
WHAT THE WORLD TAUGHT ME

The World Became Part of My Classroom.

Travel has shaped the way I understand connection.

Working and living across different countries has taught me that what works in one environment may not work exactly the same way somewhere else.

  • Culture matters.
  • Trust matters.
  • Observation matters.
  • Relationship-building matters.
  • Adaptability matters.

And sometimes the first thing you have to do in a new environment is

stop trying to be understood and start trying to understand.

IN MY OWN WORDS

I Am Still Learning.

One thing I do not want WAVE to become is a philosophy that suggests I have mastered everything I teach.

I have not.

I am still learning how to communicate better.

  • How to connect more deeply.
  • How to recognize when my own energy is affecting an experience.
  • How to enter unfamiliar spaces.
  • How to trust myself.
  • How to adapt.
  • How to ask better questions.
  • How to see what I may have overlooked.

That is part of what makes this work meaningful to me.

WAVE is not about perfection.

It is about awareness.

And once you become aware, you have the opportunity to choose what happens next.

BEYOND THE WORK

The Person Behind the Philosophy

  • I am also an introvert.
  • A traveler.
  • A creative.
  • An author.
  • A lifelong learner.
  • A mother and grandmother.

Someone who enjoys observing people, places, cultures, conversations, and the small moments that often tell us much more than we realize.

I have traveled to more than 30 countries and continue to build a life that allows me to experience the world while growing personally and professionally.

For me, travel is not simply about seeing different places.

It is about seeing differently.
